In the case of completing all registration procedures and receiving an acceptance email for one of the programs and tracks from ADA, along with a student code and confirmation of payment, refunds (for paid fees) are only applicable in the following cases:
- In case of withdrawing from the course at least 10 Days before it starts, so that we can add another student in their place.
- If it is decided to cancel the programs or postpone them to a long-term or unknown date.
- In case of any changes in the specified track details announced by us and the quality of education in methods and ways.
We are committed to refunding fees using the methods and within the timeframe specified by the electronic payment system in use &
A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the amount before refunding.

:في حالة إنهاء كافة إجراءات التسجيل واستلام بريد تاكيد التسجيل والقبول في إحدى البرامج والمسارات المقدمة من خلالنا والمرفق به كود الطالب وتأكيد سداد الرسوم الدراسية ، لا يحق استرداد الرسوم المدفوعة إلا في الحالات التالية
الاعتذار عن الدراسة قبل بدايتها بـ 10 أيام على الأقل حتى نتمكن من إضافة طالب آخر بدلا منه –
إذا تقرر إلغاء البرامج أوتأجيلها إلى موعد طويل الأجل أو غير معلوم –
في حالة حدوث أي تغيرات في تفاصيل التراك المحددة والمعلن عنها من طرفنا وجودة التعليم من أساليب وطرق –
كما نلتزم باسترداد الرسوم بالطرق المتبعة والمعلن عنها خلال فترة العمل المحددة من نظام الدفع الالكتروني المتبع، ويتم خصم 10% رسوم إدارية من المبلغ قبل استرداده –
