In the case of completing all registration procedures and receiving an acceptance email for one of the programs and tracks from ADA, along with a student code and confirmation of payment, refunds (for paid fees) are only applicable in the following cases:
- In case of withdrawing from the course at least one week before it starts, so that we can add another student in their place.
- If programs are canceled or postponed.
- If any changes agreed upon and announced by us occur.
We are committed to refunding fees using the methods and within the timeframe specified by the electronic payment system in use.

في حالة إنهاء كافة إجراءات التسجيل واستلام بريد تاكيد التسجيل والقبول في إحدى البرامج والمسارات المقدمة من خلالنا والمرفق به كود الطالب وتأكيد سداد الرسوم الدراسية ، لا يحق استرداد الرسوم المدفوعة إلا في الحالات التالية
الاعتذار عن الدراسة قبل بدايتها بأسبوع على حتى نتمكن من إضافة طالب آخر بدلا منه
إذا تقرر إلغاء البرامج أو تأجيلها
في حالة حدوث أي من التغيرات المتفق عليها والمعلن عنها من طرفنا
كما نلتزم باسترداد الرسوم بالطرق المتبعة والمعلن عنها خلال فترة العمل المحددة من نظام الدفع الالكتروني المتبع
